Machine features

    2. Using a robotic arm to move the saw blade up and down, the operation is simple and convenient, and one person can operate more than 10 machines.

    3. Common tooth profiles can be ground in one go, with left and right teeth, left and right flat, left and right left, right and right left, and special tooth profiles can be set arbitrarily.

    4. The left and right teeth have been optimized and adjusted for easy operation. The left teeth have been completely ground before the right teeth, reducing the number of grinding head swings.

    5. The grinding wheel has an automatic compensation function, which automatically compensates for the wear of the grinding wheel, ensuring the consistency of tooth height difference and improving product accuracy.

    6. The feed adopts an inclined iron pushing method to improve machining accuracy.
